By accessing or using the website jberenscoaching.com, scheduling a discovery call, enrolling in any coaching program, or joining any community offered by Jonathan Berens Coaching ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you ("Client" or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Jonathan Berens Coaching offers the following services:
• One-on-one hypnosis and NLP coaching sessions
• 90-Day 1:1 Coaching Programs
• Identity Shift Intensives (VIP days)
• Clear Mind Collective community membership
• Digital products, lead magnets, and educational content
• Discovery/clarity calls (complimentary consultation)
All services are provided for educational and personal development purposes only. Coaching is not a substitute for licensed mental health therapy, medical care, or psychological treatment.
Jonathan Berens is a certified hypnotist and NLP coach, not a licensed psychotherapist, counselor, psychologist, or medical professional. The services provided by Jonathan Berens Coaching are coaching and educational in nature. Nothing communicated during sessions, in written materials, or through any digital content should be construed as medical advice, psychological diagnosis, or therapeutic treatment.

By engaging with our services, you agree to:
• Provide accurate and complete information during intake and sessions
• Take personal responsibility for your outcomes and actions
• Understand that results vary and are not guaranteed
• Engage honestly and openly to the best of your ability
• Communicate any concerns or issues directly with Jonathan Berens
Coaching and hypnosis results vary by individual. We make no guarantees of specific outcomes, income levels, emotional changes, or life results. Testimonials shared on our website or social media represent individual experiences and are not typical. Your results will depend on your effort, commitment, circumstances, and other factors outside our control.
Payment terms for all programs and services are outlined at the time of purchase. By completing a purchase, you agree to the following:
• All sales of digital products and lead magnets are final and non-refundable.
• For 1:1 coaching programs, a refund request may be submitted within 7 days of the program start date if no more than one session has been completed.
• Community memberships (Clear Mind Collective) may be cancelled at any time; no partial-month refunds are issued.
• VIP Intensive deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a future date with 72 hours notice.
All content on jberenscoaching.com — including written materials, lead magnets, course content, frameworks, scripts, graphics, and brand assets — is the intellectual property of Jonathan Berens Coaching and Jonathan Berens. You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.
We respect your privacy and hold your personal disclosures in confidence. All session content is treated as confidential. We will not disclose your personal information to third parties except as required by law or with your explicit written consent.
By providing your phone number through any form on jberenscoaching.com or through our scheduling system, you consent to receive SMS text messages from Jonathan Berens Coaching including appointment reminders, follow-up communications, and occasional program updates. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jonathan Berens Coaching and Jonathan Berens shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services, website, or digital content. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in question.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Kentucky.
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted to this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
